With so much lingo flying around these days, we totally understand, it can be hard to keep up… “No, Grandma, LOL does not mean ‘lots of love’…” 😂
With that being said, we’re here to debunk a big one in the bridal industry… Trunk Shows! What are they? Why should you care? What do you need to know? Let’s make one thing clear first: A trunk show is an amazing opportunity for brides!
Typically, a bridal store will carry select designs from a designer’s collection. The bridal store selects these designs based on their clientele and what they expect will fit most with the brides they see in their store. This means that when you go to a store, you can usually try on 5-10 dresses from a specific designer’s collection.
However… A trunk show is a super special time when the designer will send samples from their entire new collection, to the store, for a short period of time. Did you read that right!? That means, you have the opportunity to try on (literally) every single dress (that could be like, 30!) from your favorite designer’s newest collection… which is probably not even available in stores yet!
Okay we know your next question and don’t worry, the answer is yes! We absolutely have upcoming trunk shows and we can’t wait for you to visit! Lucky for us, Bridal Avenue Barcelona is hosting amazing trunk shows this season! Samples from Ines Di Santo and Berta’s entire 2024 collections will be available to view and try-on in our store during the following events:

Berta Muse Trunk Show: November 24th – 26th , 2023
Ines Di Santo Couture Trunk Show: January 19th – 28th, 2024
Ines by Ines Di Santo Trunk Show: February 16th – 25th, 2024
